D and J Agency is an insurance agency in New York City specializing in real estate. Our clients are building owners of every size, from a single building to large portfolios: landlords of small walk-ups and large multifamily buildings, mixed-use owners, owners of commercial buildings such as office buildings, industrial and warehouse buildings and shopping centers, HDFC co-ops, co-op and condo boards, property managers and people who just bought a building.
We insure buildings across New York City's five boroughs, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk counties) and Westchester County.
